Meet Allison
Ms. Allison Woodworth, RN, MSN, FNP-C, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, founded Moderne Medical with a desire to provide her patients with the highest quality aesthetic and wellness treatments available within a private, concierge environment. She has built a successful private practice in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, and continues to experience marked growth due to her outstanding relational and clinical abilities.
Over 8 years of intensive training with industry leaders, including the American Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association, the Age Management Medicine Group, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Worldlink Medical, the Bio-Identical Hormone Initiative, Allergan, Merz Aesthetics, Medicis, Galderma, Bellus Medical, National Institute of Medical Aesthetics, Scottsdale Skin and Holistic Health and the National Laser Institute has enabled her to provide a level of care unparalleled in the field. In addition to treating patients on the clinical level, she teaches medical professionals from around the country in the nuances of medical facial aesthetic injectables at the the National Laser Institute Scottsdale, Arizona Campus.
Ms. Woodworth began her education at Arizona State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with summa cum laude honors in 2007. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Arizona State University in 2009. She then chose to receive advanced training in Age Management medicine and aesthetic injectables in 2010. She has additionally completed training and received certification under Dr. Charles Runnels, MD, a pioneer in the field of platelet-rich plasma therapies and creator of the Vampire Facial, Priapus Shot and O-Shot treatments. To date, she has completed over 300 hours of post-graduate continuing education in the field, attesting to her steadfast dedication to excellence. Furthermore, she is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is ranked and reviewed as one of the top aesthetic injectable providers in the state.
Ms. Woodworth provides her patients with a refreshing approach to the aesthetics and wellness industry, in developing genuine relationships anchored in honesty, integrity and trust. She additionally draws upon her innate sense of artistry and perfectionism to help her patients achieve beautiful, natural-looking results. She has developed a loyal patient following by offering the latest aesthetic injectable treatments available with exceptional results.

Meet Olivia
Olivia Danley, RN, BSN, Advanced Aesthetic Nurse Injector, provides injectable treatments to maintain and enhance each person’s unique sense of beauty. She believes in preserving a natural look and uses her artistic eye to create beautiful, balanced results for each and every patient.
Olivia has always had a passion for aesthetics so chose to receive certification in advanced facial aesthetic injectables from the National Laser Institute, one of the top injectable training schools in the nation. Additionally, she has completed a supervised cosmetic injectable internship under Allison Woodworth, RN, MSN, FNP-C, to ensure her treatment results are impeccable. She chose to join Ms. Woodworth at Moderne Medical in Scottsdale, Arizona due to their shared values of quality results, professionalism, integrity and a desire to cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with patients.
Olivia was born in Chicago, Illinois and relocated to attend Arizona State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has many years of experience working in the pediatric intensive care unit at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, attesting to her compassionate, dependable and meticulous nature.

Meet Heather
Heather Huennekens, RN, BSN, is an advanced Aesthetic Nurse Injector. She provides injectable treatments to amplify one’s natural beauty by creating custom treatment plans for each and every patient.
Heather is an Arizona native and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. After graduating, Heather joined Phoenix Children’s Hospital where she works in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Heather has always had a passion for the field of Medical Aesthetics. Thus, she chose to continue her medical education and receive certification in advanced facial aesthetic injectables from the National Laser Institute and Allergan Medical Institute. In addition, she also trained under Allison Woodworth, RN, MSN, FNP-C.
Heather believes that there is much more to aesthetics than treating one’s appearance. She finds value in helping others feel more confident in themselves from the inside out.

Meet Erin
Meet Erin
Erin Lavelle, LE, CLT, CLI, is a Native New Yorker that moved to the desert over 10 years ago. She started her aesthetic career in 2004, because of her passion for skin and beauty. She graduated aesthetics school in New York, then moved to Orlando where she worked at Walt Disney World as an aesthetician, performing facials and body treatments. In 2011, Erin decided it was time for a change and landed in Scottsdale!
After relocating to Scottsdale, Erin attended laser school and was hired as a technician to gain hands-on experience. Her knowledge and expertise led to her becoming a Certified Cosmetic Laser Instructor. When Erin is not at Moderne, you can find her traveling across the country educating doctors, nurses, and aestheticians in different laser modalities.
Now the Aesthetician and Laser Technician at Moderne Medical, Erin strives to help others change their lives and regain confidence in their own skin. Erin specializes in CO2 Laser, Chemical Peels, RF Microneedling, Traditional Microneedling, Laser Hair Reduction, IPL, Dermaplane, and DiamondGlow facials. She is well educated in treating all skin types and concerns, with her primary focus being medical-grade procedures. Her one and only goal is to help everyone feel. more confident and beautiful in their own skin.
When she isn’t training aspiring laser technicians or changing lives at Moderne, Erin loves to spend time outside with her husband and her two bulldogs, Steve and Rosie.

Meet Lauren
Meet Lauren
Lauren joined the Moderne Medical team in 2022 as our incredible receptionist. Lauren was born and raised in the sunny state of Arizona. Over the years, Lauren became interested in the beauty community by having the ability to bring assurance and confidence to women.
Lauren attended Penrose Academy and graduated in 2021 with her cosmetology license. Before she started in the cosmetic industry, she was a hairstylist! Lauren still enjoys doing hair for her friends and family, and is excited to see where her future in the beauty industry will take her.
When Lauren is not in the office, she enjoys spending her time with her family, boating, and finding new places to explore in the Arizona desert!
